Summer Membership Appreciation BBQ
The annual summer BBQ is our way of showing gratitude to our members for their year-round support. This fun and relaxing event brings together our community to enjoy great food, camaraderie, and appreciation. Want to get involved? Sponsor-ships opportunities are available.
Networking Socials
The Member Networking Social provides a casual and welcoming environment for members and their co-workers to connect, collaborate, and build valuable relationships. Join us for our Toolbox Talks Networking Events, where industry professionals come together to exchange insights, share safety tips, and strengthen their network.
Wurst Party Ever
Each year, we gather for a night of bratwurst, beer, and big-hearted giving as we raise fund for a worthy cause. In 2024 we supported the American Legion helping provide holiday food baskets for veteran during Thanksgiving and Christmas. In 2025, we’re turning our focus to the Backpack Program, ensuring kids in our local schools have the food they need to thrive.
Holiday Member Social
Each year the LCCA hosts a holiday open house in the winter for our members. This is a great opportunity to network with other LCCA members in a casual environment.

LCCA is committed to supporting our members with up-to-date and informative training courses throughout the year. These classes are designed to help members achieve professional designations, improve business operations, and stay informed about industry standards. We offer flexible training options, we can bring the course directly to your location for your team’s convenience, and online. Courses are also available in our well-equipped classroom, creating an ideal setting for focused learning. We continue to offer CPR & First Aid Certifications on a regular basis, and can provided it to you on an as-needed basis to ensure compliance.
BIAW’s award-winning Education program provides our members with opportunities to learn about relevant topics and gain new skills to improve your business and processes.
